We here at Pleasure Ridge Candles have no way of knowing what conditions the end user is burning the candle(s), thus can't guarantee a precise burn times. We do note burn times for our 8 oz. and 16 oz. jar container candles, but these are approximations ONLY, based on the test burns we perform, but are NOT guaranteed! Our approximate burn times are as follows:
- 8 oz. jar container candles - approximately 45 - 48 hours
- 16 oz. jar container candles - approximately 90 - 96 hours
Do you offer a color chart? We don't offer a color chart for a variety of reasons. The main reason being that the color(s) displayed on computer monitors differ from monitor to monitor. Another reason being that ALL candles are made at the time of your order. Although, for example, Batch "A" and Batch "B" are the exact same color, scent, etc., different batches may differ slightly in color. Don't forget, our candles ARE hand-poured, just for you, not mass produced.Do you offer "special" orders? Do you want your Hot Apple Pie scented candle to be blue? You've come to the right place! Yes, we do offer, welcome, and accept special orders of BASIC color changes, but due to costs, etc., ALL special orders must be a minimum order of 6 (8 oz.) or 3 (16 oz.). There is no extra charge for this service, we just ask that you contact us immediately following the placement of your order at pleasureridgecandles@yahoo.com and note your basic color requirement(s). If the color you need is unusual, please check with us first BEFORE placing your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States? Sorry, but unfortunately we only ship to The United States at this time.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Sorry, but due to problems with delivery, we do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Can you ship to a PO Box? Yes! We ship to PO Boxes via US Priority Mail.
What payment methods do you accept? At this time, all orders placed through our secure online shopping cart can be paid through PayPal. We will accept checks, but certain restrictions may apply. LOCAL checks ONLY will be accepted. If you are wanting to place an order and pay via check, please contact us prior to ordering for requirements.
How long will it take before I receive my order? We usually ship regular retail orders within 3 - 5 business days, beginning the day AFTER you place your order. During peak seasons and Holidays, please allow a few extra days. Depending on the delivery area your package is being shipped to, shipping time may take an additional 2 - 5 days. Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and the same applies to when we actually ship your order. We strive for customer satisfaction and if anything concerning your order changes, we will let you know right away.
